Welcome to the ISNEE Online Registration Portal. You may access many areas of our website without registering your details with us. Certain areas are only open to you if you register. The material submitted by you to us and your use of the ISNEE, Quad Torc, Formula Green, GKDC and FOMBI are governed by our general "Terms and Conditions of Reading & Participating". These Terms and Conditions of Registration are in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of Reading & Participating.

Registration

Registering with ISNEE means that you will comply with the rules and regulations set forth in the ISNEE "Rule Book".

By registering with ISNEE, the team, team members, faculty advisor, and the college management agree to all the rules established by ISNEE.

By registering and creating your "Account", you can access different services offered by us without having to register for each service separately. If a service you wish to subscribe to has additional terms and conditions, you will be asked to accept these separately.

You agree that:

✤ You will keep your username and password safe and will not share them with anyone.
✤ You will not impersonate someone else or create multiple, false accounts.

Term

If you breach these or any of our other terms and conditions, we reserve the right to close your account. If we do so, we may close all accounts you have open in your name.

To deactivate your account, please contact our customer service department at info@isnee.in.

Administration

You can update your personal details by accessing your account and making any necessary changes. This will update your details across all services that you have subscribed to.

General

No waiver by us of any breach of these terms shall constitute a waiver of any other prior or subsequent breach, and we shall not be affected by any delay, failure, or omission to enforce or express forbearance granted in respect of any of your obligations.

ISNEE should not be treated as an NGO anywhere.

The rights and remedies under these terms are independent, cumulative, and without prejudice to its rights under the law.

These terms are not intended to create and shall not create any rights, entitlements, claims, or benefits enforceable by any third party by virtue of the Contracts.

Fee Payment

Once ISNEE receives the registration, the fee payment must be made within 10 business days. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the registration for the event/activity.

The registration fee, participation fee, or any other fee deposited by the team is completely non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rules/Regulations Authority

The team captain, team manager, faculty advisor, team member, and college management will be completely responsible for any losses to persons, machines, documents, or personal belongings during the event. ISNEE, ISNEE Officials/Coordinators, and ISNEE Associates will not be involved in this.

Violation of rules may lead to disqualification from the event or impounding of the vehicle.

All dynamic activities require proper and certified safety gear to be worn by the driver(s) at all times during the event. Any fake or improper safety gear can be impounded by ISNEE Officials and will not be returned.

In the event of an accident, ISNEE will not be liable for any loss to persons or machines. However, penalties may be imposed on the defaulters, and the severity of the fault will be determined solely by ISNEE Management.

Intoxication or carrying toxic substances on the event site is strictly prohibited. Defaulters will be blacklisted from ISNEE and its events, and the respective team will be disqualified along with their vehicle.

Any kind of misconduct or misbehavior, intentional or unintentional, by/to any participant(s) will result in heavy penalties or disqualification of the team.

Any loss to the event site's property or infrastructure will result in heavy penalties for the team.
