Welcome to the ISNEE OnlineRegistration Portal. You may access many areas of our website without registering your details with us. Certain areas are only open to you if you register. The material submitted by you to us and your use of the ISNEE, Quad Torc, Formula Green, GKDC and FOMBI are governed by our general "Terms and Conditions of Reading& Participating". These Terms and Conditions of Registration are in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of Reading & Participating.

For successful and complete registration in any of the activity of ISNEE the activities/events organized by ISNEE; one must comply with the following terms and conditions-

Registration

Registering with ISNEE means that one will be acting in accordance to the rules and regulations framed by ISNEE in the form of "Rule Book".

By registering with ISNEE; the team, team members, faculty advisor and the college management agree on all the rules framed by ISNEE.

By registering here and creating your "Account", you can access different services that are offered by us without having to register for each service separately. If a service you wish to subscribe to has additional terms and conditions, you will be asked to accept these separately.

You agree that:

✤ You will keep your username and password safe, and won't share them with anyone.
✤ You will not pass yourself off as someone else or create multiple, false accounts.

Term

If you breach these or any of our other terms and conditions we reserve the right to close your account, if we do so, we may close all accounts you have open in your name.

To deactivate your account please contact our customer services department; you can mail the same on info@isnee.in.

Administration

You can update your personal details by accessing your account and making any necessary changes; this will update your details across all services that you have subscribed to.

General

No waiver by us of any breach of these terms shall constitute a waiver of any other prior or subsequent breach and we shall not be affected by any delay, failure or omission to enforce or express forbearance granted in respect of any of your obligations.

ISNEE should not be treated as an NGO anywhere.

The rights and remedies of under these terms are independent, cumulative and without prejudice to its rights under the law.

These terms are not intended to create and shall not create any rights, entitlements, claims or benefits enforceable by any third party by virtue of the Contracts.

Fee Payment

Once ISNEE receives the registration; the fee payment must be done within 10 business days failure to which will lead into the cancellation of the registration form the event/activity.

Registration fee/ participation fee/ fee of any other sort deposited by the team is completely non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Rules/Regulations Authority

Team captain/team manager/faculty advisor/team member/college management will be completely responsible for any sort of losses to man/machine/documents/personal belongings during the event. ISNEE, ISNEE Officials/Coordinators, ISNEE Associates will not at all be involved in this.

Violation of rules may lead into the disqualification from the event or even the vehicle can be impounded.

All the dynamic activities require a proper and certified safety gear to be put on by the driver(s); any time during the event fake/improper safety gear or any safety equipment can be impounded by ISNEE Official and will not be given back.

Accident; if happen due to any reason; ISNEE will not be liable for any loss to man/machine. However, penalties can be imposed on the defaulters. The severity of the fault will be solely decided by ISNEE Management.

Intoxication or carrying the toxic substance on the event site is strictly prohibited. The defaulters will directly be blacklisted from ISNEE & its events; the respective team will be disqualified or the vehicle.

Any kind of misconduct/misbehavior reflected intentionally/unintentionally by/to any participant(s) will lead into heavy penalty/disqualification on the team.

Loss to the event site's property/infrastructure will be resulting into heavy penalty on the team.
