Formula Green is an exclusive student design competition initiated by the Indian Society of New Era Engineers (now operates as ISNEE Motorsports Pvt. Ltd.) in 2014. The competition challenges teams of university students to conceive, design, fabricate, develop and compete with small, formula-style, race cars keeping safety, good engineering practice, engineering design as the prime concern.

There are a number of tests to be performed on the vehicles and each vehicle has to pass through all the stages to advance in the design challenge. Participating teams should be creative and brisk with the work performed on the vehicles as the manufacturing process will be bound to a certain set of rules and regulations that should be strictly followed. The approach of applying rigorous academic concepts and pairing that with real-world experience enables students to make the connection between education, community, and the workplace. Students have to put their electric car building skills to the test in this competition.

Indian Society of New Era Engineers (now operating as ISNEE Motorsports Pvt Ltd) was founded in 2012 with the aim of bridging the gap between the academy and industry by offering a series of design competitions and skill development programs to the engineering students where they can learn and implement the knowledge gained while in the classroom. ISNEE's series of design challenges consists of Go Kart Design Challenge, Quad TORC, Formula Green, and Formula Offroad Mini Baja India. ISNEE Motorsports is an organization that provides a platform to all the Engineering and Diploma pursuing candidates to steer their path towards Technical and Managerial expertise. We aim to impart practical knowledge to students and make them skilled to offer the industry a decorated professional.
