Terms and Conditions of Registration
Welcome to the ISNEE Motorsports online registration portal. Users may access certain areas of the website without registration; however, selected areas, services, event dashboards, submissions, downloads, and participant facilities may require registration and account creation.
Any material submitted by a user, team, institution, faculty advisor, or participant, and the use of ISNEE Motorsports platforms, competitions, events, and services including ISNEE, Quad Torc, Formula Green, GKDC, FOMBI, and other associated initiatives, shall be governed by the applicable terms, event rules, rulebooks, policies, and official instructions issued by ISNEE Motorsports.
These Terms and Conditions of Registration are in addition to the general website policies, disclaimers, event-specific rulebooks, participation terms, and official communications issued from time to time.
Account Creation
Teams may register online for design competitions, motorsport events, technical challenges, or any other competitions conducted under the series of events organized by ISNEE Motorsports. Account creation on the website or event management system does not automatically confirm participation.
Registration confirmation is subject to seat availability, eligibility, submission of required details, acceptance of applicable rules, and successful confirmation of the prescribed registration fee/payment. Unless otherwise stated, registration shall generally be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, giving priority to teams whose fee payment has been received and verified by ISNEE Motorsports.
ISNEE Motorsports reserves the right to approve, hold, reject, suspend, or cancel any account, registration, or participation request if the submitted information is incomplete, false, misleading, non-compliant with event rules, or if payment is not received or verified within the required timeline.
Registration Acceptance
Registering with ISNEE Motorsports means that the team agrees to comply with the rules, regulations, safety requirements, eligibility conditions, event procedures, and scoring systems set forth in the applicable ISNEE Motorsports rulebook and official communications.
By registering, the team, team captain, team manager, team members, faculty advisor, institution, and college management acknowledge and agree to all rules, terms, policies, waivers, declarations, and decisions established by ISNEE Motorsports for the relevant event or activity.
By registering and creating an account, users may access different services offered by ISNEE Motorsports without registering separately for each service. If any service, event, document, or facility has additional terms and conditions, the user may be required to accept those terms separately.
Account Responsibility
Teams are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account. ISNEE Motorsports shall not be liable for any loss, error, misuse, unauthorized access, incorrect submission, missed deadline, or consequence arising due to negligence, sharing of credentials, incomplete information, or failure to monitor official communications.
Teams must ensure that all information uploaded or submitted through their account, including team details, member details, faculty details, documents, vehicle details, technical data, and payment information, is accurate and updated.
Users must keep their username and password secure and must not share them with any unauthorized person. Users must not impersonate another person, institution, official, or team, and must not create multiple, false, misleading, or unauthorized accounts.
If a user breaches these terms, event rules, safety requirements, or any other applicable policy, ISNEE Motorsports reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or close the concerned account. Where necessary, ISNEE Motorsports may also close, restrict, or investigate related accounts opened in the same name, institution, team identity, or associated registration details.
Account Deactivation
Teams may request account deactivation by sending an email to help@isnee.in or any other officially notified support email address from an authorized team or institutional email address. ISNEE Motorsports may require verification before processing such requests.
Team accounts are normally deactivated within one month after the completion of the respective event season, unless otherwise decided by ISNEE Motorsports. Once an account is deactivated, access to event-related services, downloads, certificates, documents, results, submissions, corrections, or archived records may be restricted.
After account deactivation, any additional service, document retrieval, certificate re-issue, correction, verification, data extraction, or administrative support may be provided only upon request and may be subject to additional charges as applicable.
Administration of Account Details
Users may update permitted personal, team, institutional, or contact details by accessing their account and making the necessary changes within the available portal facilities. Such updates may reflect across subscribed services, event records, dashboards, and communications where technically supported.
Certain fields, including but not limited to team identity, institution name, event category, registered members, certificate data, payment details, and locked submissions, may be restricted after verification, deadline closure, or event processing. Changes to restricted details may require written approval, verification, and payment of applicable administrative charges.
Certificates
ISNEE Motorsports may issue certificates of participation, achievement, appreciation, merit, or any other category, depending on the event rules and eligibility criteria. Teams shall be informed about the availability of certificates for registered team members, faculty members, or other eligible participants.
Only those members who are properly registered in the official Event Management System or official records of ISNEE Motorsports shall be eligible for certificates. Unregistered members, incorrectly added members, late-added members, or individuals whose details were not submitted within the prescribed deadline may not be issued any certificate.
Certificates must be downloaded before the team account is deactivated. ISNEE Motorsports shall not be responsible for a team's failure to download certificates within the available period.
Certificate Re-Issue
A certificate of participation or any other eligible certificate may be re-issued only after due verification of official records. Certificate re-issue shall be subject to an administrative fee of Rs. 500/- per certificate, or any revised fee as notified by ISNEE Motorsports from time to time.
Certificate correction or re-issue requests may be rejected if the original submitted data was incorrect, incomplete, unverifiable, or not available in official records. ISNEE Motorsports reserves the right to decide whether a certificate correction, duplicate certificate, or re-issue request is valid.
Fees, Payments & Confirmation
All fees, charges, registration amounts, administrative charges, certificate charges, service charges, or any other payable amounts shall be governed by the official communication issued for the respective event or service.
Payment of a fee does not guarantee participation unless the payment is successfully received, verified, and accepted by ISNEE Motorsports. Any payment failure, delay, duplicate transaction, incorrect payment reference, or third-party payment gateway issue must be reported by the team with valid proof.
Once ISNEE Motorsports receives a registration request, the applicable fee payment must be completed within the notified timeline. If no separate timeline is specified, the fee payment must be made within 10 business days. Failure to complete verified payment within the required period may result in cancellation of the registration, seat, event entry, or activity request.
The registration fee, participation fee, administrative fee, certificate fee, service fee, or any other amount deposited by the team is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except where a different position is expressly communicated in writing by ISNEE Motorsports.
If an event is cancelled by ISNEE Motorsports, any refund, if applicable, shall be calculated and provided at the sole discretion of ISNEE Motorsports after considering the services already utilized, administrative processing completed, digital services provided, documentation processed, third-party costs incurred, and other expenses incurred during the course of registration and event preparation.
Such requests shall be governed strictly by the event-specific refund policy or official written communication issued by ISNEE Motorsports. No team, institution, or participant shall be entitled to claim refund, adjustment, transfer, compensation, interest, or damages except as expressly approved by ISNEE Motorsports in writing.
Event Rules, Schedules & Changes
All events, competitions, services, schedules, venues, formats, rounds, rules, scoring systems, eligibility criteria, document requirements, inspection procedures, awards, and timelines are subject to change at the discretion of ISNEE Motorsports.
ISNEE Motorsports may modify, postpone, reschedule, merge, cancel, or revise any event, activity, service, or competition due to administrative reasons, safety concerns, venue restrictions, weather conditions, government directions, technical issues, insufficient participation, force majeure, or any other reason deemed necessary.
Teams are responsible for regularly checking official communication channels, website notices, emails, dashboards, and event portals for updates.
Rules, Regulations & Event Authority
The team captain, team manager, faculty advisor, team members, institution, and college management shall be responsible for understanding, communicating, and complying with all event rules, safety procedures, inspection requirements, submission deadlines, conduct expectations, and official instructions.
Violation of rules, unsafe conduct, non-compliance, false declaration, improper documentation, or failure to follow official instructions may lead to penalties, rejection of submission, cancellation of attempt, disqualification from the event, impounding of the vehicle, restriction from future events, or any other action deemed appropriate by ISNEE Motorsports.
All dynamic activities require proper, certified, and event-compliant safety gear to be worn by the driver or concerned participant at all required times. Any fake, improper, unsafe, expired, altered, or non-compliant safety gear may be impounded by ISNEE Motorsports officials and may not be returned.
In the event of an accident, breakdown, injury, vehicle damage, equipment damage, or any other incident, ISNEE Motorsports shall not be liable for any loss to persons, machines, documents, tools, personal belongings, property, or institutional assets. Penalties may be imposed on defaulters, and the severity of fault shall be determined solely by ISNEE Motorsports management or authorized officials.
Intoxication, possession, consumption, distribution, or carrying of alcohol, narcotic substances, toxic substances, prohibited materials, or any unsafe substances at the event site is strictly prohibited. Defaulters may be blacklisted from ISNEE Motorsports and its events, and the respective team may be disqualified along with its vehicle.
Any misconduct, misbehavior, abuse, harassment, threat, intimidation, violence, intentional or unintentional disruption, or disrespectful conduct by or toward any participant, official, volunteer, judge, inspector, organizer, vendor, visitor, or associated person may result in penalties, removal from the venue, disqualification of the team, blacklisting, or further action.
Any loss or damage to event site property, venue infrastructure, equipment, machines, documents, utilities, barricades, safety systems, or third-party property shall result in penalties, recovery of actual costs, or other action against the concerned team, institution, or participant.
The decision of ISNEE Motorsports management, event officials, judges, technical inspectors, safety officials, and authorized coordinators shall be final and binding in relation to rule interpretation, compliance, safety, penalties, scoring, eligibility, vehicle status, certificates, and event administration.
Data & Document Submission
Teams are responsible for submitting all required documents, forms, details, reports, designs, technical files, declarations, and other information within the prescribed deadline. Late, incomplete, incorrect, corrupted, inaccessible, or non-compliant submissions may be rejected or penalized as per the applicable event rules.
ISNEE Motorsports shall not be liable for missed deadlines, upload failures, incorrect file formats, internet issues, device issues, or mistakes made by the team during submission.
Status of ISNEE Motorsports
ISNEE Motorsports should not be represented, described, presumed, or treated as an NGO unless an official written communication from ISNEE Motorsports expressly states otherwise for a specific legal or administrative purpose.
Waiver and Enforcement
No waiver by ISNEE Motorsports of any breach of these terms shall constitute a waiver of any other prior, continuing, or subsequent breach. ISNEE Motorsports shall not be affected by any delay, failure, omission, or forbearance in enforcing any obligation, right, remedy, rule, or policy.
The rights and remedies available to ISNEE Motorsports under these terms, event rules, declarations, undertakings, and applicable law are independent, cumulative, and without prejudice to any other legal, contractual, administrative, or equitable remedy.
These terms are not intended to create, and shall not create, any right, entitlement, claim, benefit, or enforceable interest in favor of any third party, except where expressly recognized by ISNEE Motorsports in writing.
Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, event names, documents, formats, rulebooks, score sheets, certificates, designs, graphics, website content, software systems, processes, and other materials created or published by ISNEE Motorsports are the intellectual property of ISNEE Motorsports or its respective owners, unless otherwise stated.
Users shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, or misuse any content from the website or event systems without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in any event, use of the website, creation of an account, submission of documents, payment of fees, downloading of certificates, or reliance on website information shall be entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
ISNEE Motorsports shall not be liable for any loss arising from technical errors, server downtime, internet failure, cyber incidents, data loss, incorrect submissions, delayed communication, third-party service failure, unauthorized account access, or any situation beyond its reasonable control.
