To address this issue, ISNEE has devised an innovative solution where a small team of students becomes an official entity of ISNEE within their college. This initiative aims to ensure the continuity and sustainability of the team beyond the tenure of its founding members.

Under this Student Chapter program, students are empowered to organize self-initiated activities that enhance their technical and managerial skills. The continuity of the team is maintained as graduating members pass on their responsibilities to their juniors, thereby fostering a legacy of knowledge and experience.
