1- Competition Dates and Location

The final round of the competition is scheduled from 9 to 13 Oct 2026 and exact track location will be announced in the event handbook at least four months prior to the competition..

2- Registration Phases

2.1- Early Bird Registration

Early bird registration allows teams to secure their spot early and enjoy exclusive discounts. This phase runs from 15-31 Dec 2025. To finalize early bird registration, teams must complete their payment within 72 hours 72 hours of registration.

2.2- Standard Registration

Starting on 1 Jan 2026, standard registration will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with dynamic pricing and no discounts. Secure your spot by registering here.

3- Registration Deadline

Registration will close once all available slots are filled with confirmed payments. Act fast to ensure your team's participation.

4- Registration Fees and Offers

Quad Torc follows a dynamic pricing structure, with a marginal fee increase each month after December 31, 2025.

6- Waiting List & Withdrawals

• Teams on the waiting list may secure a spot on the participating list up to two weeks before the competition, if a registered team withdraws.
• Once a slot opens, the next team on the waiting list will have 72 hours to complete payment to confirm their place.
• All teams, regardless of list status, must submit required documents by the same deadlines.

7- Team Member Details

• The default team members limit is 25 members, which is covered under the standard registration fee.
• Teams wishing to expand their team strength beyond 25 members may request a limit enhancement by paying ₹1699/- (excluding GST) per additional member.

8- Registration Process

The registration portal will be live at 5:00 PM on 15 Dec 2025. A team representative (Captain, Manager, Member, or Faculty Advisor) can create a team account on the portal. After completing the registration, a confirmation email with login credentials will be sent. For any queries, contact the registration team at 9410430424.

9- Refund Policy

The registration fee for Quad Torc and FOMBI 2026 is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. The only exception applies if the organizers are compelled to cancel the event. In such a case, the fee will be refunded in full to all registered teams.
