106 teams got selected for Final Round out of 149 registered teams. The Final Round of third season of Go Kart Design Challenge started with pit allocation on Feb 11th, 2016. 98 teams reported in the event with their excellently manufactured karts. Improved designing and manufacturing skills were observed during this season.
The four-day event pulled in a big crowd, about 2200 students from 98 engineering colleges across the country were busy working in teams on their 'Go Karts'. The dynamic activities were conducted under the supervision of Spitfire Directors Mr Sajeev Rajan and Mr J Balamurugan and FMSCI Steward Mr Shyam Kumar. Overall it was a great learning experience for the budding engineers. Below mentioned teams grabbed the trophies-
